Global Warming: Interactive Design

When presented with a data chart ‘Levels of belief in climate change’ I chose two pieces of information I found to be the most interesting. I then represented the data by creating an interactive piece of design.

The data I chose was how convinced are males and females about global warming happening. Seeing as the glaciers and icecaps are melting I decided to use them to display the information. Using the scale I indicated on the icecaps where the percentage would be.
There was five sections of information for each gender: Very Convinced, Fairly Convinced, Not Very Convinced, Not At All Convinced and Don’t know. I created three interactive buttons at the bottom of the page, when you clicked each one that colour would appear on the two icecaps to display the information.
